Matthew has been working as an actor since graduating 8 years ago. Much of that time has been spent on tour both in England and all over Europe. His main love is the theatre although having recently appeared on the BBC's Revenge Files Of Alistair Fury and filming a commercial, TV is a medium Matthew would very much like to work in more. Recent credits include Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing, Tesman in Hedda Gabler, both at the Lichfield Garrick and Cassio in Pitch Black, a re-working of Othello for Vienna's English Theatre.

Matt has a charming soft North East accent and is excellent at RP. Matt is fantastic at comedy roles. He is well cast as the romantic hero and warm and friendly ladish types. He has alot of classical experience and is often cast in posh toff roles too. His recent TV work saw him playing a dreadlocked hippy. As you can tell, Matthew is very versatile.
